Are You Eligible?
If you’ve been involved in an accident and were not at fault, you may qualify for a free accident replacement car from JAC Rentals. Here’s when we can assist.
When We Can Help
JAC Rentals can provide an accident replacement car if:
- Your accident involved another vehicle (Solo-vehicle accidents, or collisions with poles, fences, or property, are not eligible.)
- The other driver accepts they were at fault Either verbally or through their insurer.
- You have the at-fault driver’s details Including their full name, phone number, vehicle registration, and insurer.
We use this information to recover costs from the at-fault party’s insurer, so you don’t pay anything.
If your car is undrivable after the accident
If your vehicle cannot be driven and you are clearly not at fault, we may still be able to provide a replacement car while you gather the remaining details. Our team will guide you through what’s needed to confirm eligibility.
When We Can’t Help
We’re unable to provide a replacement vehicle in the following situations:
- You don’t have any details of the at-fault driver.
- The at-fault driver is uninsured, unlicensed, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Hit and run or unidentified driver situations.
- Wild animal collisions (e.g., kangaroos).
- No other vehicle was involved (solo-vehicle accidents).
- Neither driver has admitted fault or liability is still being disputed.
